Open the account menu, then Settings, then Profile and account, and tap Delete account. It removes the account, your sign-in sessions, your home profile, your saved conversations and your requests. It can't be undone.
The Delete your account page, linked at the bottom of this page, lists everything that is deleted and the little that is kept.
No account? A home profile you saved without one has its own Delete button on the My home page.
You can also write to [email protected] from the email on your account and we will do it for you.
Report an answer
Under every AI answer there is a "Report this answer" link. Tap it, choose what is wrong and send it. The team reads every report.
You can also write to [email protected] with what you saw.
In an emergency
If you smell gas, a carbon monoxide alarm sounds or something electrical is sparking or burning, leave the house and call 911 or your utility from outside. Don't wait for an answer from us.
