Delete your account

How

1. 1Sign in, in the HomiCrew app or at homicrew.com.
2. 2SettingsProfileDelete account
3. 3Type “delete my account”, then tap Delete.

On Premium? Cancel it first in Manage Premium. Deleting the account does not cancel it.

If you subscribed on homicrew.com, cancel it there first.

Can't sign in?

Email us from the address on your account, and we delete it for you.

Deleted

• Your name, email, picture link and Google account ID
• Your sign-in sessions
• Your home profile
• Your saved chats
• Your requests, and the ones this browser sent before you signed in
• Screenshots of contact forms we filled in for you
• Reports you made while signed in
• Your answer on the app's sharing sheet, in your account
• The Premium terms box you ticked

Kept

• If you had Premium: Stripe's reference numbers and the plan, its status and dates, with no name or email. Link keeps its own record of the sale.
• Daily counts of the free AI: 7 days, then deleted
• Technical logs: briefly, then deleted
• Requests sent without an account from another browser: until you ask us to remove them
• A home profile saved without an account: until you delete it on My home, or after 180 days without a change
• Reports made while signed out: until we have dealt with them
• A waitlist email: until you ask us to remove it
• On your device: what this browser or the app saved there, until you clear its data
