This policy explains when you can get money back for a HomiCrew Premium plan, and how to ask. "We", "us" and "our" mean the team, who run HomiCrew. Checking a quote is free and needs no payment, so this policy is only about Premium.
Premium is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, as the seller of record. The promises below are ours: when one applies, we issue the refund through Stripe, and Link sends the money back.
In plain words
- Your first payment on any Premium plan is refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of it. This is once per account.
- Each yearly renewal charge on the Annual plan is refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of that charge.
- If you are ever charged after you cancelled, we refund that charge in full.
- Anything else is not refunded, in full or in part. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- To ask, write to [email protected] from the email on your account. We answer within 2 business days.

Once per account means the first-payment refund can be used one time on an account. If you have had it before, the first payment of a plan you buy later is not covered by it. A yearly renewal charge is always covered, however many times the plan has renewed.
There are no partial refunds for time left in a period. When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
2.What a refund changes
- A refund of your first payment, or of a yearly renewal charge, ends Premium when the refund is issued, and the plan does not renew. Your account and everything saved in it stay.
- A refund of a charge made after you cancelled leaves your cancellation as it was.
- The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, and Link emails you a refund notice. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
3.How to ask
- Write to [email protected] from the email on your account.
- Say which charge you mean. Its date and amount are enough.
- We answer within 2 business days. When this policy covers the charge, we refund it when we answer.
You do not have to give a reason.
4.Who returns the money
Premium is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, as the seller of record (your receipts say "Sold through Link"). Link took the payment, so Link also returns it: we issue the refund through Stripe, and Link sends the money back and emails you the notice. Link's own terms, shown at checkout, cover the purchase itself.
5.Cancelling instead
You can cancel any time from Manage Premium on your account page, or at link.com. Cancelling stops every future charge, and Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling is not a refund: to get money back, ask as described above. The terms set out how plans renew and how to cancel.
6.If something looks wrong
If a charge looks wrong, write to us first; we would rather fix it quickly. Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law or with your card issuer.
7.Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we change the version and date above. A change never makes a payment you have already made less refundable.
